Deep Dive into the MBTI and Emotional Intelligence Late Summer/Fall 2018

This coming late summer/fall, the College will be offering a one-day class on MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and emotional intelligence.

The MBTI is a one of the lenses we use in congregational development work to gain insights into congregations.  It helps assess how individuals, work-teams and even whole congregations prefer to take in information, make decisions, focus their energy and deal with the outer world. Come take a deep dive into the MBTI and emotional intelligence in this day-long continuing education class.
