Help with Planning and Facilitation of Meetings
Most Vestries and Bishop’s Committees meet annually on a special retreat to connect with each other personally, orient new and continuing members to the upcoming year, and make key decisions about goals and working processes for the year to come. Our consultants can help with any part of this process, from a conversation or two during initial planning to facilitation and design for the entire time away. This is a great opportunity for clergy and wardens to let someone else do facilitation and participate fully with the rest of the group in these key discussions and relationship building times.
Similarly, there may be times throughout the year when a vestry or other key leadership group in the parish is facing a difficult discussion, special meeting, or decision. Our consultants are here to help, bringing fresh eyes and coaching to process design as well as expert skills to the facilitation of delicate or important meetings so that all those involved can participate fully in the matters at hand.
